We have taken part in a series of Workshops run by Workers' Education Assocation at Glasgow Science Centre, exploring many aspects of Climate Change. We have learned so much that we didn't know before and had a lot of fun as well!

Where in the world......?
Look Fozya, no strings...!!!

Ubayd Sharif tells us more about his favourite bits of the course........
'Last month I went to Glasgow Science Centre. We were talking about food, body, energy and weather. I'm really interested about the Science Centre because I want to find out information about where our food comes from, how the body works, where our energy comes from and why our climate is changing.
My favourite topic was about food because the food comes from different countries in the world. Some food is not fresh because the food is made far away from here. I like fresh food because the food will have a nice taste and flavour. I learned if the food travels far, there will be more pollution.' |

| Did you know that .......? |
We are all looking forward to the final session in the series - a visit to Whitelee Windfarm!
Hope the weather is kind to us....
