Today the group learned about making a healthy carrot
soup. They also made a mouth watering
Italian Bolognese to take home. They learned
that using low fat and low sugar ingredients does not affect taste IF herbs and
spices are used to add flavour.
The group discussed ‘Best Before’ and ‘Use By’ dates and what
they mean as well as the importance of Hygiene.
