Sweet week! In Week 5 we satisfied everybodies sugar cravings, but in a
healthier way! We made Carrot Cake, Chocolate Brownies and Cheese Cake,
all delicious and guilt-free! We looked at alternative ways of making
more healthy desserts such as replacing full fat butter with oil, and
cream with low fat cream cheese. This was a really enjoyable week as
there was lots to take home and share with family and friends!
